June often feels like a month of transition as the school year ends, routines shift, and summer gets into full swing. As we transition into the summer season, Proverbs 9:10 quietly reminds us that wisdom doesn’t begin with our plans, our insight, or our momentum, but with God Himself.
To “fear the Lord” isn’t to cower; it’s to stand in awe as we recognize His holiness, His goodness, and His authority over our lives. If this is our starting point, everything else aligns. Wisdom grows not from striving but from anchoring our hearts in reverence to our Creator King.
In a month full of movement, wisdom begins when we pause long enough to remember who God is.
