Anger often stems from deep frustrations or unmet expectations. These feelings can lead to resentment and bitterness. The Bible calls us to surrender our worries, and that includes our anger. When we hold onto anger, it can consume us and prevent us from experiencing the peace God intends.
Surrendering our anger means recognizing that God is in control and that He can handle our emotions far better than we can. It’s an act of trust—trusting that God will take care of the situation, even when we feel powerless. By casting our anger on God, we free ourselves from the burden of carrying it and allow His peace to replace it.
